The winner of the nomination can be a prose writer, poet, literary critic, literary critic, film and theater director who has filmed and staged literary works, any public or cultural figure who, in the opinion of the jury and experts of the award, has had a noticeable impact on the literary life of Russia.
The "Event" nomination marked a significant, according to the jury and experts, event in the cultural life of the country (book festival, theatrical production, non-fiction, film adaptation).

“The Story of a Single Purpose” is a Russian dramatic film directed by Avdotya Smirnova.

Scenario: Avdotya Smirnova, Anna Parnas, Pavel Basinsky.

Cast: Alexey Smirnov, Evgeny Kharitonov, Philipp Gurevich and Irina Gorbacheva. The film was released in Russia on September 6, 2018.

Plot: In the infantry regiment in the Tula region, where the capital lieutenant Grigory Kolokoltsev, inspired by advanced ideas, goes to work, a crime occurs. The soldier, on whose shoulders lies wine, faces a military tribunal and execution. Kolokoltsev appeals for help to Count Tolstoy, who decides to protect the innocent.
